Orders
All orders are reviewed by a member of our staff. You will receive a confirmation email (from an actual human!) usually within 4 hours after the order is placed.
Shipping
Typically, orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed, and you will receive an email containing any available tracking information.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal - you do not need to have a Paypal account to use your credit card.
Stock
While we do our best to provide accurate quantities, there are occasions when an item ordered may be out of stock. We will notify you if an item is unavailable, and you will have the choice of a full refund or to wait for our stock to be refilled.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, we will provide return information for an exchange of the same item. We cannot exchange for a different item. Refunds may only be issued if the item being returned is in the same brand new, unopened, unused condition as when it was first shipped. Once we receive and verify the item is unused, your payment will be refunded less a 25% restocking fee. Return shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.
Quantity Deals
We can often offer big discounts on quantity orders, feel free to use the 'Contact' link or the 'Ask seller a question' link to send requests for quantity deals.
